Where can I see the pricing for my medication?
Once you have submitted your order, we will review your prescriptions. You will then recieve an SMS with a link for you to review the pricing prior to payment. You will not be charged until you have approved all pricing on the order.
Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?
You need to be at home to accept your order. This is because it is important the person who made the order receives their medicine or prescription themselves.
Alternatively, you can nominate a different adult in the household to receive the delivery. If you will not be home between our pharmacy delivery times displayed, please give us a call or message our customer service team so we can let the pharmacy know and provide alternative arrangements for you.
*Same-day delivery available in qualifying postcodes during pharmacy operating hours. Cut off times for same day delivery vary from 2-3pm depending on the area.
^Free delivery when combined with 3 or more prescriptions orders. A delivery fee of $8.95 is payable for single or two script orders.
